FAQ
Before you call
Water is pouring out. What do I do now?
Close the main stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink or where the water pipe enters the house. If water is near sockets or lights, switch off the power at the fuse box. Then call us.
Do you charge if you can't fix it?
You pay the callout fee, which covers diagnosis and the first 30 minutes. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the full price before we return.
Can you give a quote without visiting?
For many jobs, yes. Send photos or a short video on WhatsApp and we reply with a price range the same day.
Do you work for landlords and businesses?
Yes. We handle tenant call-outs directly, send reports and certificates by email and invoice monthly for regular clients.
