On the shelf
Roasted every Wednesday in small batches. Whole bean, or ground for your brewer at the bar. 250 g bags.

How we work
We buy from four importers who can tell us the farm, the lot and the price paid. Then we roast lighter than most, and we taste every batch before it reaches the shelf.
Every bag lists country, region, process and altitude. Ask and we will tell you what we paid.
Our roaster takes 5 kg at a time. Nothing sits for weeks in a warehouse.
Each roast is tasted the morning after. If it is off, it does not go on sale.
